How do you deal with fear?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 19, 2009:
an old pirate
once told me about
a typhoon from hell
and a rowboat to china.
about how he
almost crapped his
pants that time.
and telling me this,
he grinned from
ear
to
ear.

A person, a sculptor,I know once told me that he was in a storm like your pirate describes. He said that he lifted his head to the skies and laughed.
I know this feeling - it’s in the hand of God - you can’t do nothing.
Makes one wonder what happiness is. It is very close realtive to disaster and mayhem.
